The purpose of the annual Private Capital Markets Survey is to collect the data we need to publish the Private Capital Markets Report, which is used by thousands of capital providers, valuation professionals and other businesses to gain insights about real cost of capital and industry trends. Our research purpose is to better understand operating and investment behavior among all types of participants in the private capital markets, including businesses who receive equity or debt funding. These include business owners, entrepreneurs, capital providers (angel, venture capital, mezzanine, private equity), lenders (banks, ABLs, equipment leasing, and factors) intermediaries (investment bankers and business brokers), appraisers, and limited partners. The goal is to provide insightful and timely information to allow private capital market participants to make better investment and financing decisions.
You can download the current Private Capital Markets Report from our download page.
